Return and Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange products within 7 days in the following cases:
- The product is received in incomplete condition, the product is damaged, defective, or unusable (Customers must keep the box and show proof of purchase. If the product is not in its original condition, the company reserves the right to refuse to exchange the product)
- The company delivers the wrong product, the wrong model, color, or size, or the product has a different appearance or is not similar to the product image displayed on the product details page.
Product Exchange
- If you want to exchange a product, please contact the company within 7 days from the date of receiving the product (according to the receipt)
- *The product to be exchanged must be unused, with the product tag still attached, and in the packaging received from iStudio by SPVi only.
- The company reserves the right to exchange the product for the same model only, and the product must have all accessories, including the product and box in perfect condition.
- If the product you want to exchange is not in stock, you may have to wait 2-3 weeks.
How to Return a Product
- Attach a receipt with the product (the product must be in a saleable condition) and return it by mail. The product will be inspected by the staff and then the staff will contact the customer within 5 working days to confirm the status of the return.
- If there is no error with the product returned by the customer, we will return the product to the customer within 7-10 working days.
- The company reserves the right to claim the shipping cost.
- Note: In case the customer receives the wrong product, the company reserves the right to return the product if it is found that the product has been removed from the box, damaged, or unusable.

Additional Notes
- The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
- The warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of use of the product, inconvenience, or commercial loss.
- The warranty is void if the product is tampered with, modified, or disassembled by anyone other than an authorized service center.
- The warranty is void if the product is used for commercial purposes.
- The warranty is void if the product is damaged due to misuse, abuse, or neglect.
To make a warranty claim:
- Please contact the company's customer service department.
- Have your purchase receipt and product serial number ready.
- A company representative will assist you with the warranty claim process.
