Warranty Period

  1. The company warrants that products will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use or due to the manufacturing process for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Please attach the invoice issued by the company with each claim.

  2. Warranty terms may vary depending on the product type and manufacturer.

  3. All products (except Apple, Beats branded products, and Clearance items) that are damaged due to normal use or the manufacturing process can be exchanged within 7 days for online orders and purchases at our stores.from the date of purchase and the product must have all accessories and a copy of the invoice issued by the company. If the product is defective due to manufacturing, the company will replace the product within 7 business days from the date the customer receives the product (the product must be in perfect condition with a receipt and delivery note). After 7 days from receiving the product, it will be repaired according to the standards of the product.The company reserves the right to exchange the product for the same model only. Product and equipment damage are not covered under warranty.

What is not covered under warranty?

  1. Damaged, cracked, broken, dented, screen, bent, cracked, dropped, punctured, scratched, circuit boards, missing parts, such as screens, bodies, buttons, etc. are considered out of warranty.

  2. Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters (lightning, floods, fires, earthquakes), transportation by insects and animals is considered out of warranty.

  3. Damage resulting from connecting other devices, improper repair or modification, or using replacement parts.

  4. The following product errors: glue stains, oxide stains, water stains, animal stains, rust, PCB circuit breaks, etc. are considered out of warranty.

  5. The appearance of the product, such as color and scratches, is not covered under warranty.

Products without warranty stickers

Customers must provide a receipt to confirm with the company. The product must have a sticker and a serial number (SERIAL NO.) of the company and supplier, as well as a foreign SERIAL number attached. If it is damaged, missing,faded or erased, lost, or modified as specified on the warranty sticker attached to the product, the warranty period is considered void.

The company reserves the right to change or modify the warranty without prior notice.

LIMITED LIFE TIME or LIFE TIME WARRANTY

The LIMITED LIFE TIME or LIFE TIME WARRANTY for products is a warranty for defects in materials or parts under normal use conditions. The warranty will be valid for as long as the product model is still in production and will be covered according to the manufacturer's specifications.

Additional Notes

  • The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
  • The warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of use of the product, inconvenience, or commercial loss.
  • The warranty is void if the product is tampered with, modified, or disassembled by anyone other than an authorized service center.
  • The warranty is void if the product is used for commercial purposes.
  • The warranty is void if the product is damaged due to misuse, abuse, or neglect.

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Please contact the company's customer service department.
  2. Have your purchase receipt and product serial number ready.
  3. A company representative will assist you with the warranty claim process.
