Service Procedure
Book an appointment in person at the store.
Schedule an appointment for services at Studio by SPVi
Bring the device in for service as scheduled. And pay the service fee.
Conduct an inspection and repair. Then return the device.
Book a pick-up and delivery services
(For device replacement or AppleCare Services)
Log in to your account, go to the Service Portal, then click "Request for Service".
Pay for the service and schedule an appointment for staff to pick up the device.
We will inspect and repair the device. You will then be contracted by our staff. The device will be returned to you as scheduled.
