  • การให้บริการครอบคลุมเฉพาะ Mac และอุปกรณ์เสริมเดิมที่มาพร้อมกับเครื่องเท่านั้น โดยจะคุ้มครอง (i) ความชำรุดเสียหายที่เกิดจากวัสดุหรือการประกอบ (ii) แบตเตอรี่ที่เก็บประจุได้ไม่ถึง 80% ของความจุเดิมที่ระบุไว้ และ (iii) ความเสียหายอันเกิดจากอุบัติเหตุในการหยิบ จับแบบไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้ง โดยแต่ละครั้งมีค่าธรรมเนียมการให้บริการ ฿3,300 สำหรับความเสียหายกับหน้าจอหรือตัวเครื่องภายนอก หรือ ฿10,000 สำหรับความเสียหายอื่นๆ จากอุบัติเหตุ
